Freshly made - black and full of flavour, foamy and light. The “morning gold”, with a high percentage of Arabica beans that we will serve you at breakfast is purchased from Caroma in Fiè allo Sciliar.
Freshly cooked eggs. Fried, scrambled, with speck or ham: any way you like.
Something different every day. Only bread rolls, a classic of our young age, are a permanent guest. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, spiced, fresh on the table - hot bread rolls and croissants, sprinkled with icing sugar.
Directly from the garden and the field … In summer you will find goat cheese from our farm, fresh tomatoes or cucumbers. Sown, harvested and crushed by us: the spelt and rye flakes for the home-made crispy cereals come from our field; taste the difference at our Bed & Breakfast in Brunico/Bruneck.
Home-made jams and juices, honey from our farm, vitamin drinks, freshly squeezed and prepared with care for an extra serving of good humour. Ham from the local butcher; cheese from Val Pusteria/Valle Aurina; milk, butter, yogurt, eggs, mustard and tea from the region.
Refinement consists in healthy, delicious and high quality simplicity. Fair and cohesive trade, personal contact with producers and retailers and regional products are for us very important.
